Strategy development for traffic safety work

Introduction

We have extensive experience in the development and implementation of traffic safety programs at the federal, state, and municipal levels of public administration. Our services include the analysis of existing traffic safety measures and accident situations, the development of targeted strategies, processes, and measures, as well as support throughout the political implementation process up to implementation and evaluation. The foundation of our work is built on extensive experience in working with public administration, the execution of numerous research projects, networking within relevant committees, and a solid understanding of legal, traffic-related, and infrastructural frameworks.

  • Development of ideas for future processes and measures within workshops
  • Development and evaluation of sets of measures (e.g., regarding effectiveness, effort, and timeline)
